A builder who'd rather hand back your evenings.

After 15+ years building software and shipping products, I started smyleai to put that experience to work on practical AI - tools that do real work and keep every number checkable, not black boxes you have to take on faith.

Sightline came from a simple frustration: boutique property firms run on instinct and relationships, then drown in the busywork around the deal. The tools out there were built for £200bn funds, or did one narrow slice and left the rest to you. So I built the opposite - a team of AI agents that takes the grind end to end and leaves the judgement exactly where it belongs: with you. You deal with me directly, and the product is shaped by what real firms actually need.
